Hot stamping process is a special printing process without ink, the so-called hot stamping refers to the process of stamping electrochemical aluminum foil to the surface of the substrate under a certain temperature and pressure, and the hot stamping machine is the equipment to complete the hot stamping process.

Structural Characteristics:
1. The casting is HT250 gray cast iron, which is annealed to achieve that the casting (including the fuselage, press frame, etc.) is not easy to deformation and fracture.
2. The main shaft is made of four-phosphorus chromium steel, which is tempered to improve the strength, rigidity and hardness of the main shaft to achieve the effect of not easy to deform.
3. The main part of the gear is made of four-phosphorus chromium steel, after tempering treatment.
4. The heating plate is made of ductile iron with high tensile strength and yield. (Flat/honeycomb panel optional)
5. The guide rail lining plate of the machine is 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum, after nitriding treatment, strengthen the hardness, not easy to wear, so that the upper and lower pressure of the machine can maintain balance and stability for a long time.
6. The single-piece electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
7. Single pressure, continuous pressure cutting and open delay three functions, delay range can be adjusted at will.
8. The transmission connecting rod (pull arm) is made of ductile iron, with high strength and toughness and strong tensile strength.
9. Bearing of Harbin tile shaft is used in key parts.
10. The lubrication system of manual refueling can better ensure the smooth flow of the oil circuit and the maintenance of the lubrication system is more convenient.
11. The shaft bushing of the transmission part adopts composite copper bushing (to ensure lubrication), and the connecting rod is pure copper bushing. The precision of the machine is higher.
12. The indentation plate is made of 201# stainless steel plate.
13. The electrical appliances of the machine are imported from Chint China and Snyder (exported to LG and Siemens).
14. Hand triangle limit switch, emergency stop switch, hand push rod limit switch, three safety devices to ensure safety.
